Account Executive

Position Overview:

Responsible for sales and customer service, building strong relationships with clients, presenting Offset printing services, and closing sales to generate revenue for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:
- Contact and present Offset printing services to clients, such as flyers, brochures, catalogs, and packaging.
- Provide advice and recommend printing solutions that meet customer needs.
- Prepare and present quotations.
- Negotiate and close sales.
- Maintain and manage existing customer accounts.
- Develop new customer accounts.

Customer Service:
- Receive and coordinate orders.
- Monitor and coordinate production to meet deadlines.
- Resolve customer problems and complaints.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.

Other:
- Analyze and report sales data.
- Research and monitor market trends.
- Participate in marketing activities, such as trade shows.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Marketing, Business Administration, or Communication Arts.
- At least 1 years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Offset printing business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Positive personality and strong interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic and driven.
- Ability to work under pressure.

Desired Skills:

- Knowledge of design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- English language proficiency.
- Own vehicle and driver's license.
